Districts

Colorado Special Districts hold elections for directors to serve on the Boards in May of odd numbered years.  The Districts next elections will be May of 2023. Any vacancies that are created due to resignations in between elections are filled by appointment until the next election.

District No.1 consists of Board members who own property within the District 1 and meet the criteria below.

District No. 2 consists of Board members who own property within the District and meet the criteria listed below. All property within the community is contained within the boundaries of District No. 2, therefore property owners within the community are eligible to serve on the Board of District No. 2 if they meet the following requirements.

In order to be eligible to run for a Board seat a person must be an “eligible elector” in the District which is defined as a registered voter of Colorado and either:

 1. A resident of the District for not less than 30 days, or

2. The owner ( or spouse of the owner) of taxable real or personal property situated in the District, or
